Boxing HBX

The Human Body Exercise is a workout program that combines combat skills, functional training,and music in a very dynamic session. Based on Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) techniques, HBX offers a full body training where you can unload your day away on a boxing heavy bag and other functional equipment.
